WDET, The Metro: Helping Black men thrive in Corporate America

I sat down with the hosts of Detroit’s WDET: The Metro to discuss the upsides and downsides of corporate life for Black talent. While there are certainly a ton of benefits to working in corporate America, such as generous salaries, benefits and a path to a comfortable retirement, Black men must pay close attention to how the stressors of corporate life can affect their bodies. This is critical for a population that is statistically at greater risk than the broader population for such conditions as hypertension, heart disease and type-2 diabetes.
